In the past they have honored that no problem but not last year...in fact when I called they said they had no record of an outage, when I gave them the ticket number for the repair they had no record of it. I talked to the neighbors about Comcast and they said they get evening slowdowns but not down to dialup speeds like 5 or 6 years ago. So I'm giving it a try.
Not the best but hope it stays good till something better comes along. Wave Fiber might be coming to our city, they have caps but better speed and with caps of 300G for 15Mbs download at $60 and for another $30 600G cap at 55Mbs download it's seems very reasonable.
My 2 year contract with Comcast expired this year. It seems that my bill has dropped and my speed has increased. We'll see how long that lasts.
Edit: the pic didn't attach right, it's now 30Mbs down and 6Mbs up. A nice improvement.
