I see you have a button for Fish Tank, I was curious what functions you're controlling?

I have a fish tank in my theater controlled by an Apex, some integration into the remote would be very desirable.

I have spent a bunch of time on my iRule setup. I'm using a Samsung 10.1 2560x1550 display (iRule only allows use of 2560x1434). I chose the larger display so I didn't have to hunt and peck for options. This is what I have so far.

Question regarding your URL window you have on your xbmc layout. I have the same type of set up in mine. How ever when nothing is playing in XBMC, I get a white box. How did you set your up not to show the URL window when nothing is playing? How did you get it to show up so you could see your background through the URL window?

Can you try irule first? I built something in the builder using my gmail, downloaded the app, but it wont let me log in with my gmail credentials.

Sorry this took so long. Havent been here in awhile.
Anyway this is a custom web portal I created for my setup. The background of the website in XBMC is built to be an exact copy of that section of the irule background.
I wrote a small how to around here somewhere.
Will edit when I find it.

Sorry for the ultra delayed reply, haven't looked here in a while. I have a page that links to my digital aquatics webui, nothing to special.. I would like to integrate it better but I don't think there is a better way using irule..

Does digital aquatics operate over LAN? Do they perhaps have an API you can use? is there anything else on the equipment? RS232? Do you have a photo of the module?

Yeah it has a LAN module, no API or other connections unfortunately... Although I haven't looked at their site recently to see if that has changed..

For all that asked, I can't PM you back, but my theme is now shared on iRule. Search for Modern iPad Mini, its the one by Cody. If you want certain buttons, I'll do my best to create them, all of this is custom by me.

Can you post the .psd so that I can make my own buttons? I love that you have the XBOX ONE and KODI button for the main screen, but I need to make a sidebar button, along with ones for my AppleTV and antenna! I don't want you to have to put in the effort to make them, and I tried to get the transparency values and sizes the same as yours, but I am always a little bit off on my remote.

Even blank buttons would work, and I can just have iRule fill in the text. This would be great for my XBMC page so that I can have some buttons to call up the webpages for sabnzbd and Sonarr.

Wonderful thread! I'm only a week or so into configuring my iRule remote using an Amazon HD 6 Tablet (7" uncomfortable in my hands!). My setup is pretty stock, but here are a few shots.

You don't by any chance have larger versions of your Cool Blue buttons?

I tend to be a bit paralyzed by not having the design I would love right away but here is my first attempt at using the irule provided buttons to design a Whole House Audio Controller. Iphone6 Plus portrait screen.

Im using an AMX Tango DAS-T0808 for audio distribution and the main source everyone uses is Pandora. Which is running on a Rasberry Pi w/ Debian Wheezy, PatioBar which provided a simple frontend control of the Pianobar pandora player. Irule could use the pianobar as a direct gateway with a bit of work as well.

Let me know what you think. Hopefully the pictures uploaded correctly.

If any generous individual would be kind enough to share their copy of the Asphalt or Sev7n templates from iruletemplates i would be tremendously grateful. Ive tried for well over a year to buy them from the site with no success, and now i see the sites been down for some time. Any help would be huge in getting these.

If you're looking for retina sized buttons for iOs I can make some basic blank ones for you. Or I could send you full size ones and you can resize them yourself. Just let me know which ones.

Okay, you'll see a very large (500 X 500) round blank button in my "cool blue" gallery. Resize it, try it out and if it works for you I can do the volume buttons as well as the oval buttons.

Does anyone know what this or Memmo's designs are shared under in Irule, if they are shared? Very nice design!!!

These are screenshots of the current design. Still working through some tweaks and changes I've been planning.

I haven't shared it or anything because I'm not sure how much that would help anyone. All I do is create a flat background file and then lay transparent buttons over the top of them. No part of these images are separate and/or configurable.

Note: The files were compressed when I sent them to my iMac via AirDrop so they don't have the sharpness of the first images I posted. They are every bit as sharp on my iPad Air 2's.

Second Note: I am not watching Vanderpump Rules, that was my wife
