Harmony and Samsung IP control

Hello, I am thinking about buying a 2019 Samsung TV. Does anyone know if it supports IP Control via the Harmony hub over wireless? I am mainly wanting to power it on via IP Control instead of IR since LoS is a problem.

I can't seem to find an answer on this.

Specifically, this guy: Samsung QN32Q50R

Anyone have experience with setting up a Harmony to use IP Control with a Samsung TV?

Even though there are now many, many IP controllable TVs, Harmony typically won't control them by IP. So I think it's unlikely it will control Samsung by IP. Some of the few things Harmony will control via IP are Roku, Fire stick, AVRs, etc., not very many TVs.

However, all hub based Harmony remotes capable of IP also come with IR blasters you could run to the TV.

Personally, I'd just use a remote control app on a phone. I can control all my IP devices with theHomeRemote app on any phone or tablet or even PC for that matter. The app is very cheap and has none of the limitations Harmony has.

IR blasters is exactly what I am trying to avoid.

I've seen articles on controlling Sony TVs via IP control using the Harmony Hub, just not sure if it is possible with Samsung.

To automate both on and off, I will need to use IP Control.
