How to program harmony elite to turn on Netflix

Folks - does anyone one know how I can turn Netflix on my Blu-ray player with harmony elite? Currently I have a watch movie activity which automatically turns on the projector, receiver and my Panasonic Blu Ray player. From there I go to Netflix and press the button on the remote. Instead I would like to either have a watch Netflix button on my remote which takes me directly to Netflix or be able to say Alexa turn on Netflix.

@genaccmiller I use a 650 Harmony, should be the same. Using My Harmony software enter the activity wanted. Then "customize this activity". From there you "should" be able to "add a step" telling the Bluray to go to Netflix. Not sure if that will be an option though. I have added a step to mine to eject the bluray tray as a last step in the activity sequence. This is all from the desktop version of My Harmony, not on a phone app. Not all settings are available on the phone app.
If no luck, there is a thread dedicated to just the Elite.
