I’ve got a Harmony Elite that once I done for the evening with tv, my power off commands are sent to all devices. They all turn off fine.

However I almost always come back the next day and JUST the audio/video receiver is powered on.

It’s always worked fine for a year or so. I’ve got three harmony elites in the house and very good at programming them but this is weird as it’s just been happening within the last several months.

I have each of my devices using the precision IR heads I purchased from Logitech.

I’ve powered them down and waited in the room for and additional 20-30 minutes before and it never turned on. So I don’t know when it’s actually doing this.

Receiver : Pioneer Elite SC-LX701
Main & Center Speakers : Phase Technology PC 3.5, & Surrounds
Amplifiers : Emotiva UPA-1 Monoblocks, SVS SB3000 Subwoofer
MonsterPower HTS5100, Harmony Elite Remote
TV & Sources: Sony 75” 900F, Bluesound Node 2, Xbox One & Apple TV4K

Turn off HDMI Control, aka, HDMI CEC in all your devices.

Sounds like you have an HDMI Control issue, TV hasn't turned all the way off and it resends the power off command which turns the receiver back on
