    Hi HDFury,

I have an UNOPENED DIVA 70-85" LED kit (order #65587) and I was waiting for more lighting options before I installed it, since I already have the Dreamscreen LED kit.

Since I have a livingroom that I can't make very dark during the day, I am interested in the DIVA Double LED Kit (70-82")...

Would it be possible to "swap" kits and I pay for the price difference... while taking advantage of the current 25% discount?

    Thanks,

    W.

That depends on your source and your JVC PJ, which model is it ?

You can remove HDR if you use custom gamma curve or you can force a source to output SDR/BT2020

Please use forum for questions as many JVC users can provide you with hints and feedback.

    Hi,

I have just ordered the Integral 2 and wanted to ask, My JVC projector wont play good with any HDR, with this unit am i able to remove the HDR from the incoming signal ? if i do that would i still be able to use the Bt2020 color ?

    Thank you,

Read on AVSforums that HDFury will upgrade Vertex 1 to Vertex 2. I would like to do that. What do I need to do?

Also, purchased two Integral(1)s and two Linkers in the past. Have one Integral(1) and one Linker still in their boxes, never opened nor used. Any upgrade programs for Integral(1) to Integral(2)?

Tend to buy your products sight unseen ... just in case I'll need them in the future. Love your products!

I didn't want to ask this question as it would inevitably result in ultrasilent going off again with more incoherent replies.

I remember there were issues with down scaling to 4:2:2. I can't recall the result. Was down scaling to 4:2:2 blocked even though the format appears in the drop downs? At least for 1080p down scale?

When i was testing custom scaling 4K30 to 1080p Follow Follow, 4K24 4:2:2 input was always scaled to 1080p 4:4:4. Even when I specified 1080p 4:2:2 Follow or 1080p 4:2:2 12-bit, it still resulted in 1080p 4:4:4 output.

I wish ultrasilent would take his AVR out of the mix to test what 1080p down scaled formats his TV does and does not support so to confirm if it might be his AVR that is the issue. But he keeps insisting that it must be a Vertex issue.

? If you need an AVR with component video out then no, the 758 won't work. If you convert from HDMI to component it probably will. Ask @HDfury

    egandt here,

I tried using my Ankar 2 Amp charger and encountered similar issues, but not exactly the same, in this case while I could not use the utility to monitor, however I did see that the Nvidia control panel (when the signal was over 300MHz), would flicker every few seconds detecting and then dropping the Vertex (named Samsung) this is likely what was causing the issues previously when HTPC mode was not selected as if HTPC mode was selected the monitor remained present, but nothing was passed through same as previously.

I'm happy to send it back now or if you think that a possible firmware firm is forthcoming that I should try, waiting to try it, as well; you let me know. Suggestion, not sure if it is possible to report how much voltage the Vertex is using if it is that would be a good item to include in the Utility, as it might help with trouble shooting.

Figured I'd PM you on this, and thanks for all your help,
    ERIC

Hello, i need some advise. Today my JVC RS600 will be installed, replacing RS4810. I have connection issues. I have 3 sources: Oppo103D (which I will replace with Oppo 203 in a few months), Roku Premier+ and a 1080 TV tuner. My Marantz AVR is HDCP 1.4, probably a HDMI2.0. Current plan: 1) Roku: -> a generic HDMI splitter (4k@60; HDR, 2.0 HDCP2.2). One output goes to JVC 600, the other -> HDCP converter (2.2.-> 1.4) -> Marantz 7009 (for audio and feed to a 1080 TV. 1080 TV and projector used one at a time). 2) Oppo: Once I get 203, I will use its HDMI input to feed 1080 TV tuner, but thru a HDMI spliter. The other output from the spliter goes to 1080 TV. The video out from Oppo goes to projector, audio out to Marantz 7009. Then comes the HDR issue with JVC 600, I may purchase the linker (?). All this sounds messy, sorry. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Surendra

Hi Eyalg, please post in Integral and i'll reply you,

Basically if TV max res is superior to AVR max res, then you need SPLITTER + SCALER.

So you need INTEGRAL(Splitter/matrix) + LINKER (scaler)

Or you can use AVRkey, which use a different method by extracting the Full HDMI audio and embed it into 720p blanked stream.

Or you can use Vertex, since it's SPLITTER/SCALER/MATRIX all in one.

    Hi !

    Hope you can help !

I have a new TV, Samsung 55KS9000 and a ps4 pro, my Receiver is an older Yamaha RX-A3010, not capable of 4k signal...

I want to connect the Ps4 Pro with one HDMI direct to the TV with 4k 60p HDR and another HDMI to the Receiver for HD sound (7.1 DTS-HD or Dolby True HD)

I tried using the Integral I got today, but the sound keeps breaking...
Do I also need the Linker, or your new AVR Key, or can use the Integral for this purpose ?

    Please advise...

    Thanks !
    Eyal.

    Hi,

I purchased both the Linker and the Integral from you guys. Is there any advantages using the new Vertex if so what kind of discount will I get being that I recently purchased the linker and the integral?
