I guess I should of read the Thread more carefully. I'm going to add a LS12 at 20hz tonight and test.
These high shelf curves are ONLY to fight the rolloff of the amp or the signal chain. You would still use a low shelf boost like normal for a sealed sub and boost whatever PEQ frequencies you normally would. That's why I brought up the possibility of it clipping in the digital domain if you were to boost the overall level and boost with low shelf or PEQ filters.
