would you choose as a close alternative? All these HDMI board failures across the line have me way worried. Been thinking about a upgrade from my old TX-SR705 which works OK but way old. I like the additional features that the 80.3 has and I wish to continue with something that has Audyssey.

Ability to control separate crossovers to all speakers (Integra...
I'm running a 35 foot HDMI from my rack to my Epson 6020UB projector. Having had the Integra DHC-9.9 working perfectly with no HDMI dropouts whatsoever, I am finding that having recently upgraded to the DHC-80.3 I am getting about 2-3 HDMI dropouts happening in a typical 2 hours movie viewing...

The speakers are Neumann KH310 (3 way tri-amped) for L/C/R and for the surrounds - possibly Genelec 8030 or Neumann KH120 and a couple of DIY dual-opposed 12" subs.
