I am about to start creating my superdeluxe screen using a piece of 6 x 8 polycarbonate I acquired. It seems very flexible to me so I figure I have to attach it to a piece of hardboard for support. I do plan on putting a frame around it. What is the easiest way to attach it to the hardboard? I am worried about it bowing in the middle after I put it up. considering using a reflective material attached to the hardboard, like the mylar people have recently been considering, and I wonder if i put something like a caulk or a little glue in the middle to keep it flat, would this affect the picture any or would I be able to see the adhesive through the MM? Any help would be appreciated
