I'm thinking of re-doing my entire satellite setup so that I have a HDTV box and two vanilla DTV receivers from one dish.

Do the newer dishes have dual LNB's? Is that six cables? Do they come with a multiplexer? Info...please.

Thank you,

The Phase III dish (which you'll need to access all three satellites) has a built-in switch that gives you four outputs. No other equipment is needed. Other than the receivers, of course.

If we're talking D*, DrDon's got it. If you get/have a DirecTivo, remember it takes two cables/ports since it has two tuners.

HD doesn't take anything more or less than SD when you have a PIII dish (again, except for the IRD, of course!).

Edit: Whoops, my bad, didn't see the DTV in the subject, so we *are* talking about D*.
