Hi All


I'd really like to use the SONOS product to listen to music, Podcasts etc in my bedroom and bathroom. This will allow me to no longer crank up the volume in the bedroom while taking a bath.


I have speaker pairs in both rooms but do people shell out the extra $500 for two ZP100s or is there a cheap solution with one ZP and a separate amplifier for each speaker pair?


The extra $500 burns me a but the potential control is VERY appealing.

If I were you I would get a bundle and save a few bucks. I have been adding zones (just bought Sonos 2 weeks ago). I have been going with ZP80's because they give me more flexibility. I have powered speakers where I don't have a receiver or existing stereo. Having Podcasts playing in sync in 4 zones with their own volume control is truly amazing.

Easiest solution is to use zp 80 plus cheap computer speakers. All of them are powered and sound fine for non critical listening.
