I kept the projector. It is phenomenal. The throw adjustment is quite good. The colors are extraordinarily rich. I highly recommend it. Room definetely needs shades drawn. and picture is phenomenal when most light reduced.
It needs very little adjustment from factory settings.
I do have a question for owners. What are your default brightness contrast sharpness settings. When I ran Video essentials I ended up with a brightness of -8. However I tend to tune it at about + 8 for contreast +15 for brightness and +7 for sharpness on a dalite 1.5 gain white.
Also we sit at about 13' for a 10' wide 16:9 picture. with no screen door effect.
