I'm thinking about getting the Epson TW-100. As I'm using a HTPC I wanna make sure that I can get a perfect pixel mapping over DVI. I read the postings about how to configure the Radeon 8500 and I hope I can make it true but what about the cable length. Did somebody here try to run a 10 meter DVI cable to a TW-100 or any other DVI ready PJ?

Single Link DVI is only good for 5 meters

To go farther U need a Repeater....Expensive$$

I have ATI7500->DVI (5m)->LP350 works fine

When I tried to add 2&3 meter extensions....NO Signal

Some folks here had Digital artifacts (pixel errors) with cables longer than 3m

In this case I guess I have no other option than using standard VGA.

From what I read the TW-100 doesn't accept 1280x720 over analog VGA.

Any updates on this?

Changed my mind, will get a Denon DVD-2800 instead of my HTPC.

Too much hassle with these Windows boxes all the time.

Enjoy your setup,

Dominique
