So, basically amp is little overpowered.


Is it bad? or I am fine as long as I don't crank up too much...???

If your speaker are real 100 watts Rms ( not saying recommended amp power 25-100 watts type of thing because you do not really know the rating of those speakers) and your amp can crank out 140 watts rms that's perfect you should not have any problem, this is something normal in the professional world the amp would put out 1.5 to 2 time the power of the speaker are rated for.The most common problem is to run out of power and max out the amp and run into clipping then you will damage your speaker usually the tweeter first because will handle less power and the opposite will be true overpowering speaker and you will damage them too but by thermal damage or over excursion will occur (mecanical damage) at the end is to use common sense and you will never have problem
