16:9 anamorphic calibration disks

Am I missing something or are there no 16:9 anamorphic calibration disks? I have had DVE and Avia for ages, but don't see newer versions with this feature.


Sure would come in handy for geometry settings

AVIA only has 4:3 test patterns. DVE has both 4:3 and 16:9 patterns (look in the brochure that comes with it).

In DVE, the 1.78:1 (16:9) Aspect Ratio & Geometry Pattern is Title 12, Chapter 19. The 1.78:1 Convergence & Geometry Pattern is Title 12, Chapter 20. Also, Title 16 has other 1.78:1 test patterns (Snell & Wilcox Zone Plates).


Also, almost all of the test patterns in the GetGray Caldisc ( www.calibrate.tv ) are encoded in 16:9.
