I was just wondering if it was possible to change the TV remote code for one of the TV's. One is a 42LB5D and one is a 22LG10...the remote codes are identical. I wasn't wanting to have to do the "cover the sensor" routine. Thanks for any info.

While some devices do have the option of setting a unit code to differentiate between identical devices (like Tivo, etc), this feature is not usually offered for TV sets as the OEM doesn't expect people to be using two TV sets in the same location.


If you only need one TV set to be on at a time, you could use the POWER button to toggle between them.


Alternatively, one of the high end MX- remotes has an addressable RF feature that you could use to control them independently.
