Not really. 2.1s were $800/pr 15 years ago. Maybe $250-$300/pr these days. Good speakers, but the guy is imagining things.

Does anyone know if these speakers are any good:

* Nom impendance 80 ohms
* Measures: 34" H x 12" D x 7" W
They look nice but I have no idea what they are worth. Please help as I want to buy them but the guy is asking $500. Are they worth that much???
