Detroit falls of the all HD list with their first SD game of the year, this leaves 13 teams on the all HD list. Detroit's last SD game was week 6 of last season. The following teams have had all their games so far in HD this season: Chicago, Dallas, Green Bay, Indianapolis, Minnesota, New England, NY Giants, NY Jets, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, San Diego, Tampa Bay, and Washington. Teams in Bold had all of their 2006 games in HD as well.

This week is Cleveland's 10th HD game of the season, that matches the total number of HD games Cleveland has had in the last two years.

The following teams need to be in HD next week (week 17) to match the number of HD games from last year: Carolina (14), Chicago, (16), Dallas (16), Denver (15), Detroit (15), Green Bay (16), and St. Louis (13). (HD games last year)

Atlanta (15), New Orleans (16), Seattle (16) will not match their HD output from last year.

The biggest gainer this year is Tennessee with 9 more HD games through week 16.

Contrary to previous releases, Deion Sanders, Marshall Faulk will call the Thursday Night game with Bryant Gumbel, while Cris Collinsworth does Saturday Night. Marshall Faulk will have his number retired by the Rams at halftime.

Slight correction on the maps... WKRC Cincinnati has opted out of CBS-assigned MIA/NE at 4pm and is instead airing the non-HD BAL/SEA game. Map and guide updates may be lagging but should reflect this soon.

By the way, on Today's Star ledger there's a story about the week 17 Jets game, which was originally scheduled for sunday Night, has already been moved back to a 4:15pm starting time - that means, a lame CBS game in NYC metro area at 4:15pm and that's it, no FOX game at 4:15pm.... So, Mr and Mrs Travelfan already have plans to go to a sports bar on that Sunday at 4:15pm

It's like a repeat of '85, when the Dolphins, protecting their own record from '72, beat Chicago on MNF, preventing them from going undefeated.

But this is a different Dolphin team, so we'll see.

The 'Fins won't have such luck this time.

What I'm saying is I'd like to see the Pats beat the Dolphins and continue to go undefeated this season. As a matter of fact, I would love to see the Pats go all the way and win the Super Bowl, again.

I always liked the '72 Dolphins and think they deserve all the accolades they get, but when the players start spouting off about not wanting to see another team go undefeated, that's when I get off their bandwagon.

What was the reason for that? I'd be pissed if I was living in Cincinnati.

oh, i'm in complete agreement with you there... i was having a bit of a "funny", guess my
emoticon didn't get that across...

well, not "complete agreement"... although i have great respect for that 72 team, "like" is not an emotion i feel when i think about them...

actually, i think i'm one of the few who wanted to see the fish go completely "defeated" this year... as a pats fan who remembers the "bad old days", including that stupid dolphin in the tank in the orange bowl, when the dolphins used to kill us with regularity, i would have really enjoyed that...

Shaun Alexander is from Florence, KY (Cincy burb) and is a rock star in that town.

Maybe I'm not speaking for everyone, but if Shaun Alexander, or any successful football player, lived/grew up in my neighborhood, it should not be the determining factor as to which game a certain region will get.

Seattle already clinched their division(can only be 3 or 4 seed), and Baltimore lost 8 in a row.

NE is chasing history, and as I've said before, the Dolphins can protect their

'72 season record if they can upset. Just my opinion.

Oh yeah, theres that HD thing too.

Yeah, be he has family, there. Everyone he went to high school with and their families live there, too. There are streets named after him. Trust me. You don't want to be the receptionist at WKRC-TV when the local hero's game isn't on in favor of another lopsided Miami game. Having lived there, recently, I can tell you they made the right call. Cincinnati is different that way.

Of course, it'd be better were it in that HD thing, but ...
