On the flip side, since Carolina is at home at 1 PM, i would not have been able to watch the NE/CHI game at 1 PM but can watch it now that it is at 4:15.

We all realize how NFL ticket works...no need to have 349 reason to have it.

Amazing after the beating they took Monday night, the Jets can still clinch a playoff berth.

It doesn't matter if they lost by 1 or 41, it's still only one game. Plus the Colts and Chargers also lost last week so they didn't gain any ground on them and they're running out of games.

Aren't we at the point where the announce about flexing out [email protected] should be occurring (for week 16)? That game is no longer worth the Sunday prime time spot.

Where can we go to see what gets flexed out each week? I've been looking in this forum but haven't seen anything this year yet.

profootballtalk.com is usually on top of that stuff. They are partnered with NBC, so they post the flex decision as soon as it's available.

Well if the Chargers lose on Sunday, they are eliminated from contention in the AFC West. NBC would have to switch to another game, which they would announce on Monday.

Obviously they wouldnt be officially eliminated but be really really close.

NFL has up to 12 days ahead of time so its until tuesday but yea they usually announce monday....6 days for week 17.

I would be beyond shocked if it isnt vikes/eagles as its favres 300 start (maybe) & also his last primetime game ever (maybe) + vicks a ratings magnet.

I'm still disgruntled about the way CBS attempted to sell Favre's last game when he was with the Jets. It was a late afternoon game with the Dolphins and the AFC East title was on the line. The Dolphins finished the biggest season-to-season turnaround in NFL history by beating the Jets at the Meadowlands, and Jim Nantz completely ignored all of that and instead slobbered about Favre for the entire game. When it was over they had every camera in the stadium on Favre and followed him via multiple shots from the center of the field to the locker room. You wouldn't have known who won the game, let alone who played against the Jets. And two years later, it was all for nothing.

I assume NBC will take it a step further and probably follow him into the shower.
