2019 lg c9 55” $1,399 what omg !

I’ll make this quick. Bought and LG C9 55” a month ago for $1998 6 days later it drops to $1796 I returned it cuz Amazon won’t pricematch even themselves. Today I look and it’s $1596

If like last year I suspect they will go down briefly. This will also depend on how many C8’s there are still floating around then.

So when they sell all the remaining C8 units the C9 will go back up ?

I want a C9 but I feel like Black Friday will be $1399 for a 55” C9 I’ve tried 2 LCDs since sending back my C9 and I can’t go back nothing compares to OLED.

Last year in this thread around Black Friday the 55C8 went down to around ~$1600 & the 65C8 ~$2600 from authorized dealers, then went back up. If the C8’s are still around that could effect the price drop on the C9’s this year. The C8’s are the best bang for the buck right now.

as stock increases on the B9 I'm sure they'll use that as the go-to discount model.

You can get a 65" C8 now for $1600....check slick deals
In fact I think there was a thread there with select Walmart/ Sams having it for clearance for $999
Its amazing how these things drop in price in less than 12 months

This week I got a new 65” C8 for $1575 on eBay with $100 Ebay Bucks which I’ll use to buy a Squaretrade warranty. The seller was reputable according to people on slickdeals and it will have factory warranty.

55C9 was $1549 at Costco yesterday. It was $200 more a week ago.

Fyi - you can grab the 55c9p for $1325 on Greentoe right now. Authorized retailer. I just grabbed one! Also the 65c9p is down to $1910 if anyone is interested!

Agreed I saw that too, I’m thinking the Black Friday Price will be $1,299 55” C9 at that point I’m all in.


Still pull hairs out from my amazon experience bought the 55” C9 at $1999 $2100 with tax, it drops to $1799 then to $1596 and Greetoe deal website and Ratkuten is already at $1299
