DO NOT USE THE SMART CALIBRATION FEATURE.
There is currently an issue affecting Samsung 2022 series TVs that is causing the screen to not display correctly after and the only solution is to return the TV for another unit.
This year the 90B gets the eight mid-range drivers on the rear.

I wish we got the QN95B as an option in the states. I‘m not so sure the QN90B in the states will actually be equivalent on zones, HDMI ports and speakers this year.

Not sure about the speakers, but I’ll be shocked if the zones are different since they’re the same as last year & I think the 4 HDMI 2.1 ports were already listed on the US spec page

If the 90B doesn't have the rear speakers like the 95B that would be wrong on so many levels...

I think I would tell Samsung to KMA...

I hope they are the same but if they are then I’m not sure why they are even making the QN95B.
Many people who complain about samsung tvs often like to say the colors are unnatural and oversaturated compared to Sony. According to Rtings, the qn90a, however, does in fact have one of the most accurate colors pre calibration- the third reviewer for the qn95b also mentions the same thing for the tv. What many people don't realize is that it is the default picture settings for the qn90a that have oversatured colors unlike Sony tvs which on default settings don't have as much- rtings turns off all these extra picture settings which is why they say the tv has the most accurate colors pre calibration.

A lot of "non-videophiles" (which is 95%+) like that saturated look...

I, for one, don't care for dim, washed out, "accurate" colors.

Also something not talked about is the fact that Rtings has indicated on at least one Sony TV that it was noticeably under saturating colors & to pump up color a few clicks.

The Sony is perfectly accurate OOTB vs Samsung/LG is a myth based on years past that doesn’t really apply to TVs on shelves right now. In fact, a lot of calibrators I’ve listened to don’t even think that anymore, which is saying a lot.
I hope they are the same but if they are then I’m not sure why they are even making the QN95B.

I copied the pricing/availability info in that article directly from a Samsung press release that was for the U.S. market.
Zone count and number of HDMI 2.1a ports should be identical on QN90B/QN95B. The main difference appears to be the one connect box.

The specs on the Samsung site has the 90B as 120hz and the 95B as 144hz.

The Samsung site also says that the QN90B has Quantum HDR 24X on the product page... and Quantum HDR 32X on the specification page...

So...
Well, that’s confusing, hope they clear it up because the price difference between the 90B and 95B is pretty substantial.
Will this be available in the 98 inch version
When will this be released at Best Buy? I am returning my Z9j due to subpar contrast and looking at led options before I throw in the towel and go back to oled lol.
