I'm having a problem when I plug my HP dv2000t laptop into my brand new Insignia 22" HDTV. I see these diagonal lines ghosted across my desktop. The lines seem to move up into the corner. I've been told it has something to do with the refresh rates, but I don't see any way to change the refresh rate of the monitor (only option is 60 Hz). The resolution on the monitor is 1680 x 1050, and my graphics card is a Mobile Intel (R) 965 Chipset. I appreciate the help in advance
