Whenever I record a program at extended level, the audio and video are slightly out of sync. I never had this problem before 3.0 downloaded, and i don't have the problem on my medium and high quality levels. So, please help me if you can!!!!!!!!

Are you certain this happens every time? I know that this often happens, I just pause and play again, and it is fixed. Give that a try and let us know!

Holy [email protected] that'd be annoying. It happens periodically on my 2020 but per the FAQ, a quick pause always fixes it.


I think this requires some official word. Have either of you contacted tech support?

I have noticed the sync problem occasionally on my 3060. I too had a 3030 for a short while, and didn't notice it (as often!) on that. But the recording itself is fine---if I pause, or instant replay, the sync seems to fix itself. If I had to guess, I would probably say it was 3.0. But that's a guess.
