3 HDMI in

I have a situation on my hand, which can't be that unusual any more. I have at least three HDMI devices:


* a Dish DVR 622. I believe HDMI carries audio.

* a Panasonic DVD recorder.

* a Mac mini (just bought). definitely no audio over its HDMI (DVI->HDMI adapter)

** eventually, an Xbox or PS3, which may replace the DVD recorder


My TV is a Sony RPTV, 1280x720, with one HDMI in (audio capable). My receiver is ripe for replacement, because it has only one optical audio in. I do not play sound very loudly, am no audiophile, and am just trying to get a reasonably convenient setup here. (Smaller size would be nice.) I would like to spend
