I just read 2 news from a foreign web-site that RDC-7.1, RDA-7.1, RDV-1.1 from Integra Research and TX-NA1000 from Onkyo was announced to be available soon. That confirms a news from an Integra dealer that these beasts would be available in mid-November.

@ CEDIA they advised that these would be available early 2005 just after WCES 2005..

I just saw the Onkyo TX-NA1000 in a new OneCall Catalog. They must be getting ready for a release on this one.

At CEDIA it was announced that the Integra DTR-10.5 and Onkyo TXNR1000 would be available in November. I don't know about the Integra Research models. I know that they are air-freighting them into the US to get here by that timeframe due to the huge backlog at the LA/Long Beach ocean freight ports from Asia.
