3060 Serial # problem

I recently upgraded from a 2020 to a new 3060, but when I went to the web form to register - it told me I had to call customer service. I called customer service (odd - auto attendant menu had no option for customer registration, so I just pressed "1"). Representative could not find my serial # in the computer - then said something letting me believe this was not a unique problem, and that they'd just put the registration through with a note mentioning the serial # problem and that it should not affect my ability to download 3.0 or collect on rebates.


Anyone else experience this?

Yes, I have the same story as yours. They were not concerned and I am not either. I just assumed that since these units just hit the street they are a little behind updating their database. I received the v.3 upgrade during the normal call in so apparently not having the s/n in their database is not a problem.
