32" 1366x768 can be used as a primary monitor? 32" 1366x768 seems too big but too low resolution as a PC monitor. Thanks.

How far are you going to sit from it is probably important information to provide. If you're putting it on a desk and sitting in the desk chair you may want more resolution since it may be a similar effect to getting a 20" CRT and running it at 800x600. 1920x1080 may be a better res if you are looking to sit close.

Rule of thumb for PC viewing distance is ~100dpi at ~2feet distance. If you want a 30" display you need to be looking at the Apple 30". Otherwise at 1920x1200/1080... stick to a 23".
