trying to watch a3d film but itt is notnot playing .just red mist he has a new smart tv and 3d player i dont know the make

tv is a Panasonic txl55et61b smart 3d 2 months old player is a Panasonic dmp-bdt300 this player is connected to the internet it is allways up to date all my orther 3d films work fine hope this info helps the film was polar express 3d blueray as i said it comes up with red mist other films play ok
