I have not tried this but:


It would seem that if an XP21n was mounted at max zoom in a 16:9 set-up you should be able to just use the minimum zoom to show 4:3 images on the same screen without overshoot. Sanyo specs say the zoom ratio 1.3 to 1. If you have a 96" x 54" screen, a standard 4:3 image would want to be around 70" tall. If you take 70" and reduce it by 1.3 you would be at just under 54". This may be an ideal solution due to the fact that you will use the full rez no blanking etc. Whaddya think???
