For some reason when I push the guide button,All I get is a black screen and the power light goes to a solid blue light then it blinks then back to the normal program now, no chanel guide. I talked with Mediacom and they said the guide is sent on chanel 98 now, Iowa public TV chanel - and I should have that signal. Going to the chanel guide from the set up menu I get the same thing - I've tried reseting to the factory defaults which I am guessing is just the audio / video and nothing there either. Any suggestions?
