Hi, I am wondering if anyone knows how to hook up the RS-232 on this TV. I have a Philips 47PFL7422D/37 TV that has the "Service UART" port on the back. The manual clearly states on page 4..."For installers/integrators: Do not connect RS-232 without level shifter." I am unfamiliar with what a level shifter is but, can someone please tell me what device I need to plug in to that port in order to use it as RS-232? I will be plugging it into a Crestron CNXRMCLV Enhanced Room Solution Box which accepts an RJ-11 connector for RS-232. I was also wondering if anyone knew where I can get the RS-232 control codes for this TV. Any help would be much appreciated as I am sure there is someone on this forum that knows what to do.
