More excellent slo-mo from the E2 (well I would say that wouldn't I).
I've really enjoyed my first few days with one. Comparing with the GH5S, which may share the same sensor, found quite a few surprising things such as intense edge-enhancement on a fine scale (not the normal halo-producing sharpening) together with image processing artifacts again on a fine scale when the subject is a test chart with very close parallel lines. ZRAW is the only codec which is kept free of these effects.
These oddities hopefully won't show up in normal use, but I often zoom in and crop heavily so need to be aware of them.
At 800 ISO, 120p, minimum sharpening setting and with the flat profile as you've used here, with moderate grading greenery doesn't seem to show the noise which is in some of your shots. Maybe your foliage is just naturally noisy?
