Hello,


I have a 500MCE dual tuner card. I think it is bad, but I would like to get verification.


My problem is when I record two shows at a time, one show will record with good quality, and the other show records in bad quality, very pixalated.


Is there any way to correct this, or is the board just bad and needs replacing?

Looks like you got one with a samsung tuner. Read this. Really too bad as Hauppage usually makes good stuff.
