55" C9 from COSTCO

LG tech support tells me all 55"C9 have the same capabilities even though they have different model number suffixes. For example, the units sold by Amazon, Best Buy and some others are model #OLED55C9PUA . The model sold be COSTCO, the suffix is #OLED55C9AUA .
LG tells me the different suffixes have nothing to do w/ the capabilities of the TVs. Doesn't matter what the suffix is, they're all the same.

As anyone discovered the COSTCO model OLED55C9AUA is any different from the #OLED55C9PUA ?

Thanks

TVs with different suffixes are always labeled as different SKU for some reason. It can be different stand or screen bezel colors, curved vs straight stands, different preinstalled apps, different remote button assignments, lack or presence of a headphone jack, RCA or breakout cable analog input - these are just from LG OLED specifically.

In the case of C9AUA vs C9PUA, the PUA is certified as "WiSA-ready" for wireless speaker support and the AUA is not. This matters if you intend to connect recent model wireless speakers directly to the TV. Note that this connection still requires a separate dongle. I'm not sure if anyone has tested it with the AUA.

I bought the 55C9AUA from COSTCO. WISA ready isn't an issue w/ me.

Dealer specific models can be a bargain. They can be the same as their closest "official" model number or different. The difference could be a slight cosmetic change or an option change. They do this so you can't price compare with another dealer because the "model" number is different.
