I have a Harmony 550. Two problems


1.) For "Watch TV" and "Watch DVD", one hit on the volume +or- changes my volume by two. How can I make one click= one volume up?


2.) When using a not standard activity (Computer, and Play N64), the volume buttons dont do anything. Like since its a unique activity I havent assigned volume to my sound system, and cant find where to set it. THanks

1)whichever device controls your volume, click on troubleshooting, than "DEVICE responds to some commands either too many times or only occasionally." Decrease the setting one or two and try it again.


2)You need to run the setup wizard again for those activities and specify what device controls the volume
