Hi,

I have a 5504 that when I plug it in the blue light comes on and that is about it. It wiil not turn off by pressing the button. If I hold the button for about 10 seconds it will turn off and then right back on. I never get the replay please wait screen or any other. I have swapped power supplies with my other 5504 that works fine and have checked and repatched the drive. Any ideas what this could be?
