I have a 5508 that seems to connect fine for the channel guide (guide shows 2 weeks of data), but it is asking me to activate it. The unit's service activation screen shows activated until 2/2, but it is asking me to activate. I went online to activate it, but online says it is already activated. Any suggestions?

Of course this always happens just before the weekend. If it doesn't clear up by Monday, you'll have to call DNNA to get them to straighten it out. In the mean time, I guess all you can do it keep trying occasional net connects to see if you can get it activated...

Well, I just connected right now and it is activated again. Strange.
