57F59A problem

I have a problem with a hitachi 57F59A tv. I have tint issues. One day it will tint red. Other times green. Other times the brightness auto adusts itself to give me a washed out picture. All this happens either off a coax cable feed or component
satellite feed. I have taken the front panel off the tv and manually corrected problem only to find after a few days the tv goes back to its haunted possessed behavior. I'm wondering if maybe hitachi used an old weak tube (maybe a red ??) and that is causing this problem??? I searched the forums and haven't found the same problem (only the hdmi tint shifts).
