Hi, my setup is as follows:
Onkyo 705
Def Tech Pro Series Speakers - 6.1
All connected via HDMI
My question is, on some blu ray disks they offer 7.1 and 6.1 formats, and if I want the rear surround to work I need to adjust the Onkyo (press button on remote) to switch audio surround to Neural THX 7.1 in order for the rear surround to work.
So if I do this, do I still get the best audio from the disk? They say Master Audio HD but I'm changing the audio so I wasnt sure if I would be compromising sound quality of the disk in order to get the rear surround to work.
Thanks for any input in advance.
