I don't think so. I was under the same dilema between the Mitsubishi and

the Toshiba a few weeks ago, and I decided to get the Mitsubishi 65813.

The Toshiba 65H84 is a great set, but still has the white line problem.

There is a fix though, but to me it was much hazle to call technicians

and come to repair it.

I asked several of the most recognize ISF calibrators, and told me to stay

away from the Toshiba's. The top brands for CRT RPTVs are Mitsubishi,

Hitachi and Pioneer Elites. The last ones are discontinued, but there are still a few out there. On the Mitsubishi's you can get a nice deal right

now 65 X13 series because they are closing out the models and making

room for the 65 X15 series. The main difference between these models

is HDMI instead of DVI, and a cablecard slot in the integrated HDTVs.

In Hometheatermag, they had a shootout of 10 different LCD RPs, and CRT RPs. The TV that Came out on top was a Rear Projection Toshiba 65hx93.

Second was a Sony 60we610

The Mitsubishi WS-65613 Ranked 7th.

I would give a direct link, but I am not sure if that is allowed.

This was a comparison in a Dark room, in a brighter/ambient situation, I am sure the DLPs would have came out on top.

Have the mag it has robert plant on the cover. That article is what made me sway the to my sony purchase.Doesnt look like the new 65h84/94 is ever going to make it to retail sale.I was comparing the new h84 to the 93 and they have alot in common.Seems like they took alot of the 93 and put it in the 84.
