Has anyone noticed a difference in image quality between the various manufactures?

Of the6800 itself? I don't think anyone's tested that far, and certainly there shouldn't be.

why not? differences in PCB layout, power supply design, output filters.... they all affect PQ....

Perhaps over the VGA port, but not over DVI. I really would challenge anyone to buy them all and test for differences ;). I bought the Leadtek because it's got a massive heatsink and it very quiet.

So you think somebody has bought four or five and done extensive testing over vga? Come on lets be reasonable here.

I was interested in the analog output. I have some ringing with my current video card at higher resolutions.
