I bought 7 of these seats from Garden Ridge. They were originally $199 per seat new. They are surprisingly comfortable (you'd be amazed how many people have fallen asleep in them during a below average movie). They have two recline positions and two cup holders in each chair. They are black.
Asking $40 per seat or $250 for all 7. Would also consider trades for blu ray discs.
Overall the seats are in good shape. A couple of the seats have small tears in them (see photo). I have used electrical tape to patch them. If your theater room is like mine its dark all the time and you'll never see it.
