I have the ln52a630. Does anyone know if this is a 10 bit or 8 bit panel.


What are the differences btwn 8 and 10.

That was debated in the 630 thread for a long time. I'm not sure anyone ever came up with any definitive proof. I would think if it was 10 bit samsung would write that in their specs.

A 10 bit panel is capable of displaying more colors.
