You have a couple of options:
1. Lease an 811. The lease fee is $5/mo, but you must also commit to purchasing the HD Package for another $10/mo. (Though I believe there is some sort of temporary promotion on the HD Package price.)
2. Buy an 811. A new one from Dish is $400, but you can get one off of EBay for about $200, and sometimes they are NIB. There is a mirror fee of $5/mo, but no requirement to sub to the HD Package.
Also, this assumes your antenna configuration is all set to support another STB.
