When I put it on the cradle it won't get a good conection, and will not charge until I fool with it for a while. Anyone heard of this problem?

Yes mine is the same way. I think they will send you out a replacement, just call customer service. i need to do the same thing. This is a problem with MANY others also.

This is a well-documented problem here on the AVS forum. As said above, contact Logitech as they will replace it.

I got the replacement cradle from Logitech and it's about 1/10th of 1% better than the old one. Anyone else experience that?

btw- I just called and after a bunch of common sense questions they agreed to send me another cradle, but I'll have to pay shipping costs on the return of the bad cradle.

They didn't even request that I send mine back. But I got a replacement over a year ago.


The new one still isn't perfect. But I can at least get it to charge on the new one, I would have to fiddle with the old craddle for 5 minutes to get it to charge.

Logitech seems to have serious problems with quality control. I've got two 880 remotes, both charge very well on their respective cradles but on one of the two remotes, the screen looks more washed out...well, nothing is perfect
