9 Ridiculously Neat Rack Installations

Using some of their proudest installations as a launching point, we talked to a handful of integrators in order to get a feel for what motivates the perfectionists of our industry.
In a field that requires so much energy (attention to detail, innovative ideas and a never-tire work ethic), how is it that these installers don't just succeed in the workplace, but also continue to love what they do for a living?
Adelaide (Before)
This installation was provided by Phil Moir of Adelaide, South Australia. Working in his own home, Moir integrated 10 flat-panel TVs, a projection screen, two color touchscreens and a home server. Among other things, also included were 76 channels of Clipsal C-Bus lighting and a Gigabyte LAN with 24 connection points.
