As many of you know, my 15S1 has been in Syracuse, NY for 2 months plus, waiting for two boards on back order from Japan.


Jason and Rich, on their own, with no request from me, took action to resolve this problem. They started with their local Marantz Rep. and ended up dealing with the Nat'l Sales Manager at Marantz.


It took them some two weeks of phone calls and emails to accomplish it, but my new Marantz VP-15S1 left Marantz yesterday for delivery to me soon.


Needless to say, I am profoundly grateful to Rich and Jason.


This speaks very highly for AVS and the way it treats customers and customer problems. They did all this on their own initiative, and, from all I can gather, it was a royal pain in the butt. But they didn't give up and kept at it.


Again, my thanks to Jason and Rich.

Jason and Rich, great job...that is what customer service should be!
