Ok just a little confused. I have had it easy with my Sony S3000 LCD TV. It will accept a 1360X768 PC signal over HDMI with 1:1 pixel mapping.
I am going to be helping a friend set up a new 1080P TV and HTPC but what happens with pixel mapping over HDMI since the signal might look just like a video 1080P input not a PC? Does the TV need to have a setting to force 1:1 pixel mapping? If it does not how well does the Nvidia overscan correction work, can you get it perfect?
