Hello,


Last week i have recieved my new Benq W7500.


I think there is a problem with it.


I see a perfect round black spot around the middle of the screen. It`s not dust on the lens, and i have tried a different source and cables. It is only on a black screen.

When i move the lens shift, it moves with the image, on the same place.


To make a picture from it, is difficult. Then the circle is not visible.


I have made an image off what i see.....

Does anyone knwo what this could be?

Problem solved, projector cleaned by Benq.

Where did you gets this projector? I can't find it anywhere to purchase
