Can someone take a picture of their sammy dlp with SD TV - preferably Dish Network.

I asked the sales person at best buy to demonstrate how sdtv would look on the sammy, and he said that the tv was locked and there was no easy way to hook an sdtv signal to it. (Im sure this is a load of BS, but I was in no mood to argue with him)

I really want to see what the picture quality is like.

Thanks in advance.

I don't think a photo will tell you anything. The PQ varies widely depending on the channel, the setup of the TV, the camera, and the photographer. :)

The quality ranges from reported "good" to reported "unwatchable". If you can justify a HDTV for DVD movies and HDTV then SD is just a bonus. If SD is your focus you will probably be disappointed. The enlargement alone will degrade the image. Then the quality if the HDTV will show you all the faults you don't now notice.
